SCOTT, BRENDA, MAKENZIE, TY & AUSTIN
Scott and Brenda got married in 1998 and now have three children. Scott now manages Willow Lane Land & Cattle alongside his father, Vernon. Brenda is the homemaker that works on the farm and keeps things running smoothly.

Their daughter, Makenzie has achieved an Animal Science Technology diploma from Lakeland College in Vermillion, Alberta, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majoring in Animal Science at the University of Saskatchewan. Makenzie has now returned home to the farm to assist in managing the cow/calf operation. She is also a director on the National Speckle Park Board and is the show coordinator for the PAEX Summer Beef Show.
Their twin boys, Austin and Ty graduated high school in June 2023. Ty is attending Edward School of Business for his degree in Commerce, and is currently completing an internship at FCL. Austin is working at Brandt and will be attending SaskPoly to complete the John Deere Technician course. He is also very involved in the 4-H world at both a provincial and national level. All kids spend any time off from school at the farm helping out.
VERNON &Â HEATHER
Heather and Vern got married in 1964 and moved onto the farm in 1972. They raised 3 children on the farm, Todd, Tracy, and Scott. They now have 8 grand kids and 4 great grand-kids. Heather takes great pride in her yard, between her many flower beds and her luscious garden, her yard is a beautiful sight in the summer months. Vernon spend his time on the farm helping out with both the grain and cattle.
